摘要: The rheological properties of molding systems are shown to depend on the spreadability mixture under action its own mass; some factors influencing self-flow determined, namely, moisture content, content filler, and temperature mixture. described castables based a mullite HCBS SiC filler have porosity 18% after drying 16 – 16.5% heat treatment. Their ultimate bending strength is 45 MPa compressive 110 MPa, which higher than those known refractories similar compositions. 4% deformation silicon carbide refractory treated at 1350°C having CVf = 0.4 1710 1720°C, 70 80°C that material molded by pressing 1500°C.
