摘要: SUMMARYTwenty-eight honey samples were analysed for catalase activity by a spectrophotometric method. Results compared with previous data on diastase and peroxide accumulation in the same samples. Statistical analysis indicated direct relation between amounts of diastase, an inverse accumulation.
