摘要: Abstract A mathematical model is used to describe the increase in generation time with age of mother cells asymmetrically dividing yeast Saccharomyces revisiae . It postulated that increases linearly amount a senescence factor present each cell. The factor, which inhibits cell division, produced continuously.
