摘要: Platinum-based drugs, mainly cisplatin, are employed for the treatment of solid malignancies. However, cisplatin often results in development chemoresistance, leading to therapeutic failure. Here, antitumor activity different trans-sulfonamide platinum complexes a panel human cell lines is presented. The cytotoxicity profiles and cycle analyses these sulfonamide were from those cisplatin. These studies showed that complex 2b with cyclohexyldiamine dansyl moieties had best antitumoral activities.
