摘要: The transmission, control and the relationship between Dicrocoelium dendriticum its definitive (sheep cattle) intermediate (molluscs ants) hosts under natural experimental conditions are described. Eleven species of molluscs four ants were found infected with larval D. in Leon province, north-west Spain. Infected observed April November tetania at 7.5 -26.98C. highest shedding eggs by sheep cattle was detected winter. Two treatments applied January most effective. In experimentally molluscs, parasite not visible stereomicroscope, least until 50 days post-infection (p.i.). prepatent period lambs 49- 79 p.i. number per gram increased burden. aspartate aminotransferase, alanine gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase, leukocyte neutrophil values increased, but those lymphocytes decreased. Using enzyme-linked immunosorbert assay technique, IgG antibody response to excretory- secretory somatic antigens positive from day 30 p.i., although maximum levels on 60 worms lamb ranged 2063. Cholangitis cholangiectasia septal bile hepatic ducts observed. best enzymatic systems for adult characterization lactate dehydrogenase, glucose phosphate isomerase phosphoglucomutase. Genetic variability high using random amplified polymorphic DNA technique.
