摘要: Incremental forming path to manufacture a thick concave steel plate using the line array roll set is designed. To find optimum path, processes are simulated by finite element method. A general-purpose commercial software, MSC MARC used. modeling with 8-node hexahedral elastic-plastic solid performed predict accurate springback and analysis process was composed of 18 passes. The proposed paths verified through experiments carried out in prototype set. It found that can be successfully applied fabrication dual curvature ship hull plate.
