摘要: In order to manufacture a doubly curved sheet metal effectively, flexible incremental roll forming process has been developed by adopting the advantages of and combining inherent flexibility continuous deformation process. proposed system, newly designed gripper system is attached in achieve automation more precision manufacturing required intended double curvature. The method further enhanced form general quadrilateral blanks (including square, rectangle, symmetrical trapezoid an asymmetrical trapezoid, etc.) into shapes controlling schedule various experiments.
