摘要: A logistic kinetic model was derived and validated to characterize the dynamics of a sporogenous bacterium in stationary phase with respect sporulation product formation. The constants as determined using this are particularly important for describing intrinsic properties bacterial culture phase. Non-linear curve fitting experimental data into mathematical showed very good correlation predicted values lipase production by Bacillus coagulans RK–02 minimal media. Model literature (protease amylase) formation some other Bacilli comparison results those helped validate significance robustness developed model.
