摘要: Abstract Introduction Calcifying nested stromal-epithelial tumor (CNSET) is an extremely rare, indolent of the liver uncertain cellular origin. With only 38 cases reported in literature, pathogenesis and optimal therapeutic approach are not well characterized. Based on available risk recurrence low with surgical resection negative margins. Presentation case In this report, we describe adolescent patient CNSET who underwent right trisectionectomy. Discussion order to avoid posthepatectomy failure, special consideration must be given amount residual parenchyma after when considering approach. Single stage trisectionectomy two via associating partition portal vein ligation for staged hepatectomy (ALPPS) were both considered provide sufficient functional remnant. Conclusion Given that obtaining margins important reducing recurrence, method utilized based future hepatic parenchyma.
