摘要: A wider application of IT-based solutions, such as configuration systems and the implementation modeling standards, has facilitated trend to produce mass customized products support inter alia specification process increasing product variety. However, not all industries have realized full potential using modelling tools well their business processes. Especially in building industry, where Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturers provide complex custom tailored products, up now, often a considerably high amount recourses is required for designing specifying majority assortment. As design decisions are hereby based on knowledge experience about behaviour applicability construction techniques materials predefined situation, smart need be developed, these activities. In order achieve higher degree automation, this study proposes framework within CAD environment together with suitable geometric example Danish manufacturer precast concrete elements.
