摘要: The cross-linking of polymerisable liquid crystalline semiconductors is a promising approach to solution-processable, multilayer, organic photovoltaics. Here we demonstrate an bilayer photovoltaic with insoluble electron-donating layer formed by nematic reactive mesogen. We investigate range perylene diimide (PDI) materials, some which are crystalline, as the overlying electron acceptor layer. find that carrier mobility materials enhanced crystallinity and limits performance devices.
