摘要: Abstract Thin layers of poly(dihexylfluorene-co-N-hexylcarbazole) (poly(DHF-co-NHK) sandwiched between indium tin oxide (ITO) and aluminium electrodes show stable photoluminescence (PL) electroluminescence (EL) at room temperature ambient atmosphere. I(V) EL vs. voltage curves present a much lower threshold than device made up poly(DHF) homopolymer. The behaviour both materials has been quantitatively investigated through Fowler–Nordheim analysis allowing the determination energy offsets Fermi level ITO electrode HOMO polymers. When using copolymer, barrier height for hole injection is reduced to value close 0.17 eV compared 0.83 This difference in confirmed by electrochemical investigations.
