摘要: Anti-SS-A/Ro antibody (SS-A) and anti-SS-B/La (SS-B) are important serologic markers in the diagnostic criteria for Primary Sjogren’s syndrome (SS). Although anti-centromere (ACA)-positive SS is frequently experienced, ACA not included these criteria. The purpose of this study was to identify clinical features ACA-positive discuss usefulness diagnosing SS. Forty-five patients with were divided into following three groups: SS-A only-positive group (n = 17), SS-B both-positive (n = 18), (n = 10). As a control, 54 without who negative antinuclear antibodies also evaluated. items compared among Saxon’s test, unstimulated whole salivary flow (UWSF), gland scintigraphy (SGS), histopathologic examination minor glands, Schirmer’s fluorescein staining cornea. In group, test 0.21 ± 0.26 g/2 min (mean ± SD) UWSF 0.16 ± 0.25 ml/10 min (mean ± SD), showing significant decrease secretion (p < 0.05; vs. non-SS). On SGS, accumulation disappearance 99mTcO 4 − significantly decreased Histopathologic showed moderate or severe lymphocytic infiltration tissue destruction all cases, similar that SS-A- and/or SS-B-positive groups. positive 60% 80%, respectively. Impaired lacrimal keratoconjunctivitis sicca those These results suggest an autoantibody reflecting impairment glands may be useful marker
