摘要: Abstract Existing classifications of office systems are unidimensional: they normally use the level task support as only distinguishing factor. Bracchi and Pernici, however, systems' underlying conceptual framework delineation parameter. Building on previous work, we develop a classification using both discriminating dimensions.
