摘要: Thymic Foxp3-expressing regulatory T cells are activated by peripheral self-antigen to increase their suppressive function, and a fraction of these survive as memory (mTregs). mTregs persist in nonlymphoid tissue after cessation Ag expression have enhanced capacity suppress tissue-specific autoimmunity. In this study, we show that murine express specific effector cell markers localize preferentially hair follicles skin. Memory Tregs high levels both IL-2Rα IL-7Rα. Using genetic-deletion approach, IL-2 is required generate from naive CD4+ precursors vivo. However, not maintain the skin skin-draining lymph nodes. Conversely, IL-7 essential for maintaining steady state. These results elucidate fundamental biology plays an important role survival
