摘要: This paper studies the production planning for green manufacturing to help manufacturers determine their emission allowances and trading strategy. Under government regulation scheme, manufacturer plans his with both an limitation in a finite horizon cap each period, trades permits through outside market. The thus prompts abatement technology innovation has strong motivations optimize cut down operation cost. We focus on this problem present mixed integer programming model objective of minimizing further propose pseudo-polynomial dynamic algorithm solve model. first consider one-period given quantity level. can be solved by based programming. multi-period is result problem. It also using allocating level periods.
