摘要: Abstract The Si 3 N 4 ceramic was joined to 42CrMo steel using Ag–Cu–Ti + Mo composite filler. Effect of Mo particles content on the microstructure and mechanical properties joints were investigated. Defect-free received when /42CrMo brazed with results show that a continuous reaction layer which is composed TiN Ti 5 formed near ceramic. A double consists Fe 2 FeTi also adjacent steel, being located steel. central part joint Ag based solid solution, Cu some Cu–Ti intermetallic compounds. maximal bending strength reached 587.3 MPa 10 vol.% in joint, at 414.3% higher than average for case without addition.
