摘要: Brazing SiO2–BN ceramics with Nb are often associated the problems of high residual stress caused by difference in thermal expansion coefficients and poor mechanical properties under temperature. To overcome these problems, here we report a new type carbon nanotube (CNT)-reinforced TiNi brazing alloy via an “in situ growth” method PECVD. The CNT/TiNi has very homogeneously dispersed CNTs within alloy, produced growth on TiH2 Ni powders mixed evenly into CNT/TiH2 powders. It can be applied Nb. Results show that addition is beneficial for dissolution diffusion brazed joint, because it promote more TiNi–(Nb,Ti) eutectics which emerge most seam. Furthermore, average shear strength joint at room temperature raised from 49 to 85 MPa 1.5 vol% added alloy. In particular, 800 °C still 51 MPa, about 1.7 times stronger than These results suggest played key role reducing reinforcing (at both temperature) joint. provides way development CNT-reinforced alloys.
