摘要: C/SiC composites and Nb were vacuum brazed with the Ti39·4Ni39·4Nb21·2 alloy being active filler metal. The mechanical properties of material, microstructure strength brazing joints investigated. results showed that TiNiNb has a tensile 860 MPa, an elongation 51% elastic modulus 78 GPa. Both Ti elements in reacted during process, well bonded C/SiC–Nb joint was obtained. ductile metal released thermal stress joint. When performed at 1220°C for 20 min, shear reached 149, 120 73 MPa 20, 600 800°C respectively.
