摘要: For many techniques in the oncology of head and neck tumors large amounts pure tumor cells are required. Although larynx salivary gland common man, no report exists on isolation purification which malignancy was proved. The present paper describes vitro cultivation living human malignant from a submandibular carcinoma. Carcinoma were freed all non-tumor cloned thus indicating that cultures contained only single cell type. Transplantation grown s.c. into athymic (nu/nu) mice induced rapidly growing demonstrated by histology.
