摘要: Abstract BALB/c mice were immunized with viable cells from human squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) lines derived maligant tumors of the upper aerodigestive tract. Hybridomas selectively grown for production monoclonal antibodies. About 700 hybridoma clones produced antibodies that tested immunoreactivity in frozen sections SCC and hyperplastic tonsils. Monoclonal by clone K-640 strongly accumulated at membrane cells, whereas no immune reaction was detected epithelium tonsil. This study describes cloning recloning clone, which enabled further enhancement antigen specificity. The this highly selected belong to IgM class, as shown isotype determination an ELISA. Immunoblotting exhibited recognized approximate molecular weight 55 kD. (Otolaryngol Head Neck Surg 2000;122:124-8.)
