摘要: Ribonucleic acid (RNA) from separated parts of cattle lenses, i.e. epithelial cells, cortical and nuclear fibres was prepared by phenol treatment. The heterogeneity ribonucleic studied sucrose density-gradient ultracentrifugation methylated albumin kieselguhr column chromatography. Due to the differentiation cells lens fibres, marked decrease in relative amounts high molecular weight RNA an increase low were observed both methods.
