摘要: Ribonucleic acid (RNA) from separated parts of cattle lenses, i.e. epithelial cells, cortical and nuclear fibres was prepared by phenol treatment. The heterogeneity ribonucleic studied sucrose density-gradient ultracentrifugation methylated albumin kieselguhr column chromatography.
