摘要: The recent availability of effective antiviral agents offers new options in the management chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection patients with renal failure. Interferon (IFN) can lead to excellent results selected on dialysis, long-term remission durable even after transplantation. Studies are under way evaluate efficacy pegylated IFNs individuals HCV and insufficiency. Preliminary data encourage cautious ribavirin use conjunction IFN therapy dialysis populations. Randomized trials warranted, however. has an important pathogenic role cryoglobulinemia, treatment may ameliorate organ damage due cryoglobulinemia. There is no standard, for mixed cryoglobulinemic glomerulonephritis, although IFN-alfa, or without ribavirin, been used successfully. HCV-infected transplantation precluded by high frequency impairment graft, so should be considered prior
