摘要: Abstract The number of girls engaging in delinquent behaviors the U.S. is increasing. While more studies female delinquency are appearing, such specific to child welfare population limited. current research examines youth reported and investigated as maltreated because limited information exists for this high-risk group about gender differences delinquency, factors associated with changes behavior. Data were from National Survey Child Adolescent Well-being (NSCAW) a national longitudinal probability study United States. Youth aged 11 15 years at baseline, time initial maltreatment investigation ( n = 1134). Changes behavior varied by level depression discipline females substance use males. Such speak possibility need attention different needs males involved system an effort prevent reduce behaviors.
