摘要: PROBLEM A reference range for uterine natural killer (uNK) cell density in the peri-implantation period has recently been established cycles. However, it is uncertain whether results can be applied to hormonal replacement therapy (HRT) cycles, used increasingly frozen-thaw embryo cycles and which known capable of supporting implantation. METHOD OF STUDY total 183 women from two IVF centers participated this study, including 75 108 HRT All endometrial biopsies were collected precisely on putative day implantation, namely 7 days after LH surge (LH+7) or 5 days initiation progesterone (P+5) Endometrial sections immunostained CD56 uNK cells. Cell counting was performed by a standardized protocol, expressed as percentage positive cells/total stromal RESULTS There no significant difference (P > 0.05) between (median 2.28%, 0.99%-4.78%) 2.55%, 0.69%-5.02%) undergoing IVF-ET treatment blastocyst transfer. Using 1.2% 4.5% density, there high proportion (8%, 6/75) (10.2%, 11/108). CONCLUSION The indicated that derived may apply
