摘要: The aim of this dissertation, consisting three studies, sets out to describe and analyze the university-to-work transition process among senior university students egresses. Using a quantitative methodology, Study 1 addressed expectations about effects several personal contextual variables on career decision level students. A questionnaire was specially devised for study applied 252 from different courses. Overall results showed that were optimistic entrance in labor market their respective professions.
