摘要: Resumo A formacao de trombo intraprotesico e um evento comum apos EVAR. Contudo, a sua historia natural impacto clinico sao controversos. Consequentemente as indicacoes o tipo tratamento para esta situacao nao se encontram ainda estabelecidos. Neste artigo, os autores realizam uma revisao da literatura procurando clarificar fisiopatologia, discute‐se abordagem terapeutica.
