摘要: Autophagy (i.e., "self-eating") and apoptosis type I programmed cell death) are essential intimately involved in molecular, cellular, whole-body homeostasis humans animals. has been categorized as a mechanism of intracellular degradation, recycling, defense, survival. To date, three types autophagy have identified: macroautophagy, microautophagy, chaperone-mediated autophagy. Recent discoveries strongly suggest that macroautophagy also modulates II death under specific circumstances. fundamentally distinct processes, but interconnected by common stress initiators intermediate regulators. During the past two decades, role amino acid metabolism signaling regulation intensively studied. In this review, we summarize recent advances our understanding molecular mechanisms regulate both context signaling.
