摘要: The majority of scholarly management studies are based on self-report surveys. Consequently, the need to control for social desirability response is important, although few in fact include use relevant scales commonly incorporated psychology research. full Marlowe–Crowne scale disaffectingly long senior-manager sample usage, so one its short forms more practical. However, reliability most popular these, Strahan–Gerbasi scale, has not been tested with samples. This study tests amongst several samples and finds it consistently lacks adequate unidimensionality.
