摘要: The adoption of flow conditions has been the object growing attention from both academia and industry. shift batch to continuous-flow technology is very stimulating a cultural technological point view. Flow technologies represent rare opportunity for creating new proprietary access routes complex target compounds at same time, they offer an incredible increasing efficiency known processes that lead modern, more sustainable future chemical production. While general utility truly convincing, its applicability assumes even greater relevance in synthesis Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) due complexity targets their high commercial value also highly selective chemistry involved. This review highlights key features APIs by describing all relevant literature field over last 5 years, up mid-2020. Key aspects processes, equipment used, procedure are presented.
