摘要: In this paper, a video-surveillance system based on mobile-camera is presented. The proposed real-time method able to detect an object in video sequence from non-static camera. particular during off-line phase the creates panoramic multi-layer background image. on-line compares acquired images with portion of background. Different change detection methods are analyzed. Experimental results presented order validate methods. could be used for extending efficient algorithms scene understanding already developed and tested fixed cameras mobile camera environment.
