摘要: The effects of trivalent metal ions such as lanthanoid (La , Ce, Nd Sm Gd Er Yb Lu ) and Al on the morphological change proliferation B16 melanoma cells in culture are discussed. These induced transformations decreased growth rates at doses 1 mM. treated with La Ce showed polyhedrical spreading. Elongation axones was dependent ions. a long slender shape. Growth presence mM were significantly lower than that control cells. Measurements cell cycle indicated arrested transitions from G /G to S state. © Rapid Science 1998
