摘要: Comparisons are made of mercury concentrations in muscle tissue three fish species caught two lake’s points ( Bourgas Lake and Mandra ) with marine from the south part Bulgaria Black Sea (Nesebbar). The freshwater gibel carp, roach perch. seawater sprat Mediterranean horse mackerel. total determination was performed by Milestone Direct Mercury Analyzer DMA-80.The results were expressed as mg/kg w.w. mean concentration carp 0.0162 w.w; varies between 0.0273-0.0233 w.w (depending on location); perch 0.0273 On contrary, sea higher: 0.12 mackerel 0.16 Concentrations within limits set various health organization at acceptable levels for human consumption.
