摘要: Biopolymers such as DNA, RNA and proteins are the key players in cellular processes like cell differentiation, growth, maintenance, repair, recombination, transcription, translation, etc. Immense efforts have been made for their isolation, purification, quantification structural well functional characterization. Profound insights into characterization of these biopolymers could help us understand intricate machinery. A wide range biochemical, biophysical, electrochemical molecular biology techniques really beneficial exploring interdependent relationships between structure function biopolymers. Each instrumentation technique has its own advantage disadvantage terms applications, selectivity sensitivity. There had a lot advancements achieving desired goals, but still, lots limitations need our attention further improvements. For understanding, extremely complicated biological machinery at level, every small fragment to be studied separately with intricacies. In this review, we present brief update large repertoire Cyclic Voltammetry (CV), Gel electrophoresis, Circular Dichroism (CD) Fluorescence spectroscopy which might relevant updating knowledge pre-existing well-established tools utilized by scientists across world.
