Stéato-hépatite, surcharge en fer et insulinorésistance

摘要: L’insulinoresistance est associee de facon etroite a la steatopathie metabolique et des perturbations du metabolisme fer type d’hyperferritinemie ou d’hepatosiderose dysmetabolique. La devenue maladie hepatique plus frequente dans les pays developpes ; elle confere un sur-risque vital aux patients qui en sont atteints (cirrhose, carcinome hepatocellulaire accroissement risque vasculaire). L’hepatosiderose dysmetabolique pourrait aggraver, voire declencher, l’insulinoresistance et, steatopathie, augmenterait le d’evolution fibrogene. Pour ces raisons, l’impact hepatologique syndrome merite d’etre connu, repere (recherche d’une cytolyse hyperferritinemie, echographie…) specifiquement pris charge au plan surveillance (bilan regulier, echographie semestrielle cas fibrose evoluee…).
