摘要: Objective The results of few studies conducted to date suggest an increased prevalence sexual dysfunction in patients with thyroid disorders. Design aim this study was compare female function and depressive symptoms between women autoimmune disease mild failure. Patients included four groups young women: euthyroid Hashimoto's thyroiditis (Group 1), nonautoimmune subclinical hypothyroidism 2), 3) healthy females without autoimmunity 4). Measurements Beyond measuring serum hormone levels antibody titres, all enrolled completed questionnaires evaluating (Female Sexual Function Index - FSFI) the presence severity (Beck Depression Inventory-Second Edition BDI-II). Results mean total FSFI score lower than remaining women, as well Groups 1 2 Group 4. Compared 4, three domains (sexual desire, lubrication satisfaction) were 1, (desire, arousal, dyspareunia) domain scores 3. BDI-II higher 3 other women. Conclusions obtained that both failure, particularly if they occur together, may negatively affect symptoms.
