摘要: Oligodendrocytes and Schwann cells are recognized in the electron microscope by their connections to myelin sheath. Each type of glia synthesizes a spectrum typical proteins lipids which transported into can be used identify these culture or on brain sections. Expression transcription factors regulating cell differentiation myelination is also used. Transgenic mice where fluorescent reporter expressed type-specific fashion facilitate study living tissue. The zebra fish useful model, as transparent embryos intact organism.
