摘要: Brown adipose tissue uptake of glucose and fatty acids is very high during nonshivering thermogenesis. Adrenergic stimulation markedly increases uptake, de novo lipogenesis, FA oxidation simultaneously. The mechanism that enables this concerted response has hitherto been unknown. Here, we find in primary brown adipocytes adipocyte-derived cell line (IMBAT-1), acute inhibition longer-term knockdown DGAT2 links the increased synthesis from to a pool TAG simultaneously hydrolyzed, providing for mitochondrial oxidation. DGAT1 does not contribute pathway, but uses exogenous glycerol synthesize functionally distinct which also contributes. DGAT2-dependent channelling 14C into CO2 was reproduced β3-agonist-stimulated adipocytes. Knockdown IMBAT-1 affected mRNA levels UCP1 genes important activation esterification. Therefore, β3-agonist activated adipocytes, specifically synthesized rapidly mobilized TAG, hydrolyzed provide substrates acid
