摘要: Usually, genetic correlations are estimated from breeding designs in the laboratory or greenhouse. However, estimates of correlation for natural populations lacking, mostly because pedigrees wild individuals rarely known. Recently Lynch (1999) proposed a formula to estimate absence data on pedigree. This method has been shown be particularly accurate provided large sample size and minimum (20%) proportion relatives. use bootstrap standard errors associated with correlations, but did not test reliability such method. We tested showed jackknife can provide valid calculated formula. The occurrence undefined estimates, combined high number replicates involved bootstrap, means there is probability obtaining biased upward, incomplete even when fraction related pairs sample. It easier obtain complete which all pseudovalues have defined. therefore recommend Provided collected more than two at each location, we propose group sampling that produces low jackknife, relatives
