摘要: In this work, the use of a spinning disk reactor as unit for reaction−precipitation process is investigated. An experimental study reported concerning precipitation barium sulfate from aqueous solutions at 25 °C on 0.5 m in diameter. At rotational speed higher than 900 rpm, spontaneous took place and crystals ∼0.7 μm size were produced. supersaturation ratio 2000, number generated comparable with those literature when T-mixer used, but case disk, much lower specific dispersed power required.
