摘要: Many studies have highlighted the importance of physical activity (PA) for health, and recent evidence now points to positive improvements associated with exercise in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). However, few physicians are willing prescribe as a therapy diabetic patients. In addition, there is lack information on how implement especially long-term regimens. The purpose this manuscript summarize standards patients T2DM, both terms prescribing monitoring, according American College Sports Medicine Diabetes Association guidelines. We present details therapies used studies, describing parameters prescription were applied clinical practice. These described frequency, intensity, duration, mode rate progression therapeutic prescriptions. Individual responses dose discussed, critical issues be considered underlying disease T2DM highlighted.
