摘要: The IgA content in whole and parotid saliva was determined normal human subjects individuals afflicted with periodontal disease. immunological measurements were made by means of a diffusion-in-gel method previously described. Elevated IgA-levels found the patients disease, while levels noted sera all studied regardless their status. It concluded that elevated due to increased leakage via gingival fluid.
