摘要: Exposure to lead can cause adverse health problems incorporating hypophosphatemia, heart and liver disease, cancers, neurological cardiovascular diseases, central nervous disorders, sensory disorders. This study investigated the blood level in general Iranian population with environmental exposure lead. In presented systematic review meta-analysis, authors searched dataset, including Magiran, SID, Iranmedex, Nopa, main comprising PubMed, Scopus, Embase, Web of Science, all available articles until 12 January 2019, extracting 55 studies (with 63 data for analysis) a meta-analysis. A comprehensive meta-analysis software, pooled standard deviation, mean, sample size, utterly random effects model was analyzed this study. The results showed that overall mean BLL (95% CI) total inquiries 6.41 μg/dL (5.96 6.87). Besides, gender age subgroups were as follows: BLL, 6.47 μg/dL, 95% CI, 5.79, 7.15, 6.44 5.96, 6.91, respectively. Conclusively higher than recommended by US Centers Disease Control Prevention (CDC). Results indicated men adults more elevated women children, Therefore, monitoring screening are is necessary determine reference value.
