摘要: Abstract We have studied basal plates in 25 normal placentae, ten placentae from primary aborters and six secondary for leukocyte markers coagulation components. Anchoring villi contained class II MHC antigen-reactive (HLA-DR, DP DQ) macrophages T-lymphocytes of the helper (CD4) phenotype. Antibodies to components revealed presence tissue factor, factor IX fibrin around anchoring villi. Immune cells were more frequently identified aborters. These findings provide morphological support an idea that there is a linkage between immune plate. Helper can activate which release cytokines through extrinsicpathway. envision this as expression maternal allogeneic recognition extraembryonic tissues
