摘要: The current study explored psychological symptoms, symptom severity, and suicide risk in a national sample (N 628) of student veterans. We hypothesized that the rates, types, severity problems experienced by veterans on campus would many ways mirror those reported active duty service members as well Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation Enduring Freedom veteran population. Almost 35% “severe anxiety,” 24% depression,” almost 46% significant symptoms posttraumatic stress disorder. Of particular concern, there were numbers participants thinking about (46%), with 20% having plan, 10.4% “often or very often,” 7.7% making an attempt, 3.8% believing is either “likely” “very likely.” Implications findings are discussed, focus college university campuses.
