摘要: Psychodynamic psychotherapy is effective as an approach to understanding the psychological conflicts and psychiatric symptoms of cancer patients well planning useful interventions. The author recommends that psychotherapist who treats be familiar with following: 1) natural course treatment illness, 2) a flexible in accord medical status patient, 3) common sense defenses, 4) concern quality-of-life issues, 5) counter- transference issues they relate very sick patients. Case reports illustrate unique problems facing psychotherapists are treating Further, these cases show use psychodynamic principles inform therapist successful psychotherapeutic
