摘要: The optimal experimental designs for estimating the parameters in certain nonlinear models various situations are given, and it is noted that these usually consist of suitable replicates a small set experiments, number which equal to unknown parameters. In view computational difficulty obtaining designs, suggested experience gained with examples be regarded as typical, on this basis “short cuts” (or at least near optimal) available. Also discussed grave disadvantage replicated namely such experimentation little use highlighting inadequacies assumed model, if any exist.
