摘要: The bit error rate performance of an OOK optically preamplified receiver using a resonant photodiode is considered. effect the relationship between normalised absorption coefficient and device end face reflectivities upon rates quantified. Using integrate dump detection, sensitivity comparable to external filter achievable (89 photons/bit for 10–9 rate). To obtain this must conform matching condition should be 0.001 0.0013.
