摘要: A short review is given of the effects pressure on proteins that are relevant for studies monomeric heme proteins. The coupling spin equilibria and ligand binding processes discussed metmyoglobin. difference between horse sperm whale metmyoglobin points to steric control protein process. For imidazole a in compressibility observed high-spin low-spin compound. In final section conformational change cytochrome c at alkaline pH discussed.
