摘要: The pressure-induced denaturation of lysozyme in acetic acid/acetate buffer at pH = 4,0 was studied the pressure range 1 – 4500 atm (0,10 · 106 456 N/m2) by photon correlation spectroscopy. hydrodynamic radius RH, initially independent pressure, moderate pressures observed to pass through a minimum. At higher pressures, transition region, RH upon approximately 9%. This increase significantly smaller than those reported from quasielastic light scattering measurements on solutions utilizing chemical agents and temperature as denaturants. Speculative arguments for this behaviour are presented. Upon releasing return not reversible. influence mutual diffusion coefficient low high concentration. results indicate that there exist enhanced intermolecular interactions concentrations.
